Environment & Sustainability

As I start this journey sharing my work through this shop it is a goal to be as eco-conscious and sustainable as possible. I will continually look for the most sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging and encourage recycling, reusing and repurposing of packaging materials. Thank you for being on this journey with me.

Packaging

All mailers are made of 100% recycled materials and are fully recyclable and naturally biodegradable. I choose Kraft paper envelopes and parchment paper to package smaller items and seal them using washi tape, an adhesive tape made from traditional Japanese paper and is also biodegradable. Prints are wrapped using tissue paper.

Branding

I use soy-based ink for stamping parcels using manual wooden and rubber stamps.

Shipping Labels

I am currently printing shipping labels on printing paper but hope to move to using recycled paper and/or better alternatives.
